Yes, its possible. Even tough, not sure how long how much usage etc precise as i got an empty server most of the time (playing with friends). But it ran 12 hours withouth issue.

This is for ARK, but might be working for Atlas to (as they seem to use Cheater.txt) -exclusivejoin (in your startup line) PlayersExclusiveJoinList.txt in the win64 folder (Source -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbw9etNdzew) Havent tested it yet, I hope it works for you.
