It is just using the other drive because the one does not have enough space. It is what it is, hd are cheap, and it has never changed through ARK, although I think its a Steam thing as well.

These two posts pretty much sum it up right here. People like the OP are the reason this game is no longer a challenge, and everything has been nerfed into nothingness. I remember when it first came out and I tamed a wolf it was actually comparable to a bear in mele. Now they are worthless. I guess next step is nerf the SOTD so you can take them out by slapping them with your pink ribbons and bows.

It happens in EA games, its only a big deal if you make it that way. Inconvenient at times maybe, but who the hell complains that they are actively updating an EA game?

Martyn maybe you should just hit me up and join us- its definitely not as frustrating as you make it sound. We all do our own thing and just get together for fun events, and will give you a hand if you need it. And we have elephants!

I know you get to pick where you need to go, and then take the wind into account as well. Not to mention what you are carrying, how you built and stocked your boat. There is timing as well, along with what you may encounter along the way. Having someone else along to trade off that knows how to sail as well because yes it takes skill, and you dont want a noob sinking your boat.

Always gonna be that way, its not a match based game. Just no. Maybe there are times I would like to get somewhere fast, that would totally ruin the mechanics of the game. No skill involved there, and no need for trading either.

What was there to begin with that says it was not an intended feature? Is it an exploit for two people to shoot through a window as well? Two fitting through a door at the same time? Maybe you just have to decide how far Billy had his hand in the cookie jar first.

I think you are ignoring the fact that you have to go where the wind takes you, not I want to go there because I want to. Even if there is no wind or its in the wrong direction. Second there are times when you can do other things besides "just get there." Three hours away and three hours back to do a trip sounds like bad planning, maybe decide what you really need and where you need to go to get it. Maybe they will come up with a trade wind or something, but it will just get exploited by others and it will be used against you. Then it will be a mega OP thread or some other rant to turn the tables in your direction again. No wind would actually be a terrible thing to remove as it will take the planning/strategy completely out of sailing. Frustrating as it can be it can make for interesting situations with enemies, storms etc. Its not a motorboat/speedboat game.

Kind of ridiculous when you need storage space more than spoil time really. Now my 30 preserving bags will last 80 days woopdy doo. Once you are farming it really isnt an issue on spoil time.
