I have the same issue. I have lost all faith in Wildcard. They will likely never fix this issue. They are as scummy as the likes of Ubisoft, but at least Ubisoft responds to bug reports.

I have the same issue right now. Fresh install of the game (I owned it since launch but never played it because the lag was horrible, now that's alright at least.) and no way to voice chat other players. I can't hear them, and they can't hear me. Not happy about how shit Wildcard is.
