I had a respec sitting. I made a carbine with a 236 INT and had the same stats as the normal 1 i had made. INT only effects print made items. it seems

they apply to the blue prints, you can get better stat increases off the prints with Higher INT. stat. How the numbers work i have not seen or read

umm still like a year or so minimum. really the game is buggy as hell atm and alot of basic playability things need fixed before they even think about porting it over to consoles.

hmm so that would make the firearms skills really important to train for a gunner then. as i will admit alot of the time i ignore the reloading clickbait and focus on running or what have you.

Ya seems to be a server side save issue. running validation seems to fix the issue. doing it for the 2nd time. wish i had known before i lost my 33.

hmm then it might be materials, i think they require different types to make Masterworks. Ie Granite and Slate Stone types.

to get Kit bluebprints you need to do Treasure Hunts. You have to have the skill required to me make the basic item before you can use a Print.

ran the validation, it fixed it so my char was saved.

i am now on char 4, so ya i went from 33 to 1 twice now. Validating files to see if i can fix it there

So i died as you do when you drown. and instead of getting a respawn option i get sent to the New Chat screen. Iat 1st i was ok close the game come back. nope still at reroll. so i close steam and still at Reroll. so i am now a lvl 3 instead my 33 because death means i reroll now. the hell?

on my 3rd char now, it deleted my char and everything gone from company logs the works.

I have max firearms reloading skill with the mini game thing maxed as well and the time before i can acutally fire is still the dame. the pistol does not "load" until 5+ secs have passed regardless oh mini game timer
