So I used the Nitrado Server Grid Editor and we have a functional server, but it appears as though it's outdated and doesn't contain things like the Ramming Galley. Is there another map creator thats u[dated or is there a way for us to add that as a buyable?

We had a guy place bouys around during the bouy resource bug. We had groups trying to sink ships using weight exploits. We had people using keycode programs breaking into our storage boxes, ships placed in shipyards, foundations spammed, walls put up, etc. We finally had the island (mostly) full of good people and the wipe was announced. I'm hoping we get info to them as to how things will work so we can all decide what to do. The sooner we can get access to the PTR the better.

Agreed. Our whole company including former departures are all waiting for the PTR so we can determine what our next move is. I'm personally anxious for it because I'm afraid the current changes to PVE will unleash trolls and the bring back some of the horrible behavior we saw early on.

Did you bother to set a pin code? If so, did you make it something other then 1234? We have open access containers that no one has ever stolen from simply because of the code. We had someone forget to set a code on two and they DID get raided.

If you're sleeping on your claim, it cannot be stolen. If you have land claimed all over, you need more people to be available for defense or you should be able to lose your land. Personally, I think a player should only be able to own 1 claim. Larger companies could expand in this manner but more people would have access to build areas.

He was kinda pissed about the bouy fix since he couldn't hold the island hostage anymore. The timer is showing 17k seconds counting down and it appears as though he is logging in to reset it.

Right now, we have a person on our server somehow managing to constantly refresh his claim immunity. This guy also intentionally threw down bouys to prevent resource respawn because "someone tried to take his land". On one hand, it's fine because he has to log in many many times over the course of the day to keep doing this, but at the same time, he logs in and then just logs off preventing anyone from claiming the land he isnt using. Sometimes I wish there was a way to pvp people like this because this one is a dick.

I just read that and it's great news. However, that means there are still about 20 people being screwed by this person until then. It is a relief though.

Well, the intention is try to get his npc's to aggro an alpha and use the alpha to break into his house and kill him. Then we will claim the land and remove the bouy.

We had an issue with a player that put down 3 bouys in the water near their claim. After asking them to remove them and look into the bouy resource blocking issue, the player removed all three. Now they have placed another. This time, it is behind a rock and much harder to see except at night. Given that they said they didn't know about the resources then agreed to remove them after finding out they did, this is intentional. Has anyone found a way to remove them? It honestly looks like the only way the multiple companies can get resources back on the island is to find an exploit to destroy the bouy of the player. We'd really rather not do that but holding the island hostage knowing nothing can be done about it isn't going to fly.

Any updates on this? I can't find anything but was unsure if someone had tried to place another. Our Island has about 5-6 different groups on it competing for resources and we'd like to put our lighthouse back but don't want to screw everyone in the process.

I've been hunting but can't find the information I need so I figured I'd ask all of you! Is there a site with full ship details yet? Starting weight, passenger capacity, accommodations? Does anyone know the weight of a ship cannon and Large cannon? What about the weight of the cannonballs? I'm trying to gather enough information to plan our next move. With the undead sailing about we figure we need to plan more carefully. Any help is appreciated!

Some claim flags are showing negative values for upkeep. "Other company PVE claim flag eupkeep dissapears in -103512 seconds. It continues to count up instead of towards 0.

Also since I can't seem to edit that post, we can contest EVERYONE else on the island but this one claim (and the one in the ocean) and the one we are trying to take is vacant while the rest appear to have people in them.
