Sharktooth Island or Sharktooth Holm?

Yeah i think thats the best way raise the lvl cap so you dont get the best stuff to early but be able to get more as a single person when u reach certain lvl I hope they gonna change it soon i mean i am 41 and cannot skill more then 1 full tree and a bit out of survival
