this is true and pretty much the only annoying thing with lawless zones. you can pretty easily build a tiny base and get everything protected. a raft with a bed on it aint to hard to get either.

what would a "building" count as? 1 foundation? that wouldent change a thing really. maybe have some sort of requirment to enter your own claim in a certain amount of time and if you dont the claim time gets shorter. that way you atleast have to patroll the area you have claimed.

Seems like they respawn maybe 3-4 times then they are gone. watched some streams and alot of people seem to thing its about rendering distance, so try and leave the area completly for a while and come back and see if its spawning again. Trees are rather tall and you can see them from quite the distance so might be why they seem to never respawn.

Then its either bugged or we are missing something.

thats the whole reason lawless regions cant be claimed so people can build there sloops and other stuff they need to get started when all other areas are occupied.

That looks weird, and you have 100% cleared the area of your flag? looks like you are in the area of multiple flags make sure all of them are clear. are you all in the same crew too? Alliance members can mess with the capture sometime ive noticed. maybe try with only you in the area. maybe you are capturing another flag! check the other ones nearby

If his flag is hitting another flags territory you are contesting that flag, and that flag will get a timer of 1 hour and 30 mins i belive when that counts down it will disappear and his flag of 10 mins will start counting down, thats how it work. if an enemy faction enter the area at that time it will pause untill they leave the area again.

not if you are contesting it against another flag, if its a free area you will cap the area in 10 mins.

Naah its working as intended you dont look at the flag you put down but on the flag you are contesting. they will have a timer going down
