They Fixed it

We already travelled to another region and i still have my character , but once i joined the I3 server i got fucked.

I guess the Devs just don't give a fuck anymore , the server has been down the whole fucking day , i was hoping that they would fucking fix it in the 6.0 patch but guess what, they fucking didn't.
