    i cant seem 2 find any Region where i can lay down my flag eveywhere i go says i cant place a flag in a lawless region.

    Spawns me in @ E 13 only.Not even close 2 my home region, K 9 PvE Also makes whatever Toon it wants, I have verified files tried making a NEW toon still only spawns me in @ E 13. Only way i can get a new home port is switching 2 PVP play. which i dont want
