Off raiding is not PvP Thats why we need War rules....

+1 Game need offline protection like Windows vulnerability hour. Each clan set for example 8 h when they Can be attacked and Can loose flag, ship or buildings Linked to bases Btw offline raid is really not PvP

davs has replyed on this problem so there are lookinf to fix it.

btw someone has tryed to remove game from steam and install it again ?
