You don't have to download every single language pack btw.. just install the global font.. if you do a Google search for installing the global font for ark it's basically the same process. It really should be the default font used.

No you won't.. you won't have the rejoin option but if you join the server our were in and select a Freeport it should spawn you in.

Nearly every big patch they have done so far has included server side performance work.. Issues this weekend were steam issues.

It's early access updates are going to break things and sometime introduce game breaking issues.. it's just the way things go We are here or test and have a bit of fun along the way. I don't think animal breeding was ever going to be a big thing in this game so it's prob low down on their list.

@OP majority of the stuff is just early access bugs and balance issues and will get sorted. Now if you don't want to put up with that then come back in a few years when the game is finished As for finding a clan check out the games steam forums there are so many recruitment posts I am sure you could find a clan that suits your play style.

Yeah never come across the term GO before and have bene working in IT for a long time haha. Anyway apart from that looks like some people had a bug when downloading the update that forced them to download the entire game again.. happened with me ended up having to download 32gb.

Mine decided to download the game again.. got to 32gb download and now its unpacking. As for the unpacked folder size after yeah tis about 10gb and that's normal.

yeah mine downloaded the 4.3gb patch.. then decided it was 5.8gb and basically continues to get bigger and bigger.. currently its at 28.3gb once it hits that it will jump to even more.

Lol I love it.. internet at its best players complain because it's to hard to play the game solo even tho it was never really designed for solo play. Devs say hey guys ok we are going to try and work towards making it possible for solo players to play.. The very same people complain that the Devs are trying to make the game world for them hahahaha

Not made any different for me. Specs i7 5820k @4.2ghz 32gb DDR4 Nvidia 1080ti FE overclocked Windows 10 on NVME Game on separate SSD Running at 3440 x 1440 In really build up areas it hardly gets over 35fps.. it don't matter what settings I use in game everything maxed out everything to low always get about the same fps. Sadly this patch made no difference.

Kind of and kind of not.. I mean the land owners can chose to let people live there or not and can do single flags.. Maybe I was being a bit extreme but something has to be in place to stop the land owners shafting the tenant. Kind of like in real life there are laws in place in most countries that protect someone renting a property. They cant be kicked out without due notice and without a reason.. in the UK the law is very much on the side of the tenant. I guess other countries in the EU are similar.

Early access games always lose a ton of players in the first month.. it will settle down o just the players who actually want to help find bugs and test the game.. numbers will jump up for big patches and then go back down again. I guess EA is a bit of a double edged sword. On one hand it allows players so really want to help test the game get into it straight away instead of applying to be a tester and having to wait months for an invite. On the other hand it does allow anyone in and no matter how many warnings you put up about early access you're always going get people who are not prepared to play games with bugs and the rage all over the internet.

Yeah think it's a known bug.. get a friend to port the bear to the ship while you are riding it.. seems to work all the time that way.

Yeah they need to look at that really.. if the clan changes the build options then the owners of the buildings should instantly claim the land.. it would stop land owners being arses.

I think you would need a support ticket.. bug reports are to report general bugs not ask for help. Saying that they prob have more important issues than a bear to deal with. Suck it up and tame another bear.

Will give it a go tonight my 1080ti struggles to run this at a stable 60fps at 3440x1440.

Yeah game is already 100gb imagine if they had 700 unique islands Would be nice tho.
