Who are we?
We are The Cruel Hangman, a currently small company with a very precise goal in mind.
What is that goal?
You know how when you join another company, most of the time you're just farming and reinforcing an island? And when you look at their goals, they wish to " Terrorise the seven seas " and yet, they have at most 2 ships and spend their time on land? Yea, I know those companies too.
So what is that we're proposing instead?
Simple. We make ships, we sail them and we sink other people. The ressources we get by sinking other ships are gonna be used to upgrade our own ships, or make new ones. We have NO main base. Now don't get me wrong, we will most likely still need to farm for our ships if and when we'll lose them. When that happens, we expect EVERYONE to farm together in an efficient system. The less time we spend on land, the better.
What about the rules?
So far, the rules are fairly simple; - When you enter the game, we expect you to get on comms in one of the voice chats, as well as reading trough the "current-goals", "kos-list" and "information-shared" tabs to see what has potentially changed since you logged out. - We expect everyone to farm together for the ships, no matter your rank. The more you farm, the more rewards you'll get. Rewards are seen as i.e. sailing a ship, getting the better guns/gear etc. This goes both ways, the less you farm, the less you'll get. If you don't farm at all, then you'll be kicked out of the company as we don't tolerate leeches. - Sometimes, things get heated in battle, we get that; However, stay classy with your taunts. Do not insult other players or you'll get a warning. After 3 warnings, you get removed from the company, no matter which rank you're at.
