  1. WTF is the point of creating a bug report? I've tried this game out again and it still won't let me on any servers, from day ONE. I tried being nice, I tried to help troubleshoot, but the developers are absolutely useless. Never buying a game from anyone related to... - Studio Wildcard - Instinct Games - Efecto Studios - Virtual Basement LLC or - Grapeshot Games ... EVER AGAIN! I'll also be strictly discouraging anyone else from doing so through my website, YouTube streams, and social media pages. This company has no idea how to create and manage a game. I should have learned my lesson with their failures in Ark. If the full team couldn't create a decently running game with a properly moderated multiplayer then there's no friggin way a small part of that team would be able to do anything decent in an MMO environment. I don't see the official servers for this game staying online longer than a year. What a failure.   2. Almost 4 months in, servers look practically dead, and I still can't get on any of them... Good job developers, you've officially earned the title of "Worst Game Ever" in my opinion.

  7. As expected, disabling NetBIOS over TCP/IP did nothing. You must have missed the part where I totally removed the router during testing. There's no need to bloat your PC up with 3rd party firewalls that are no better than the router one.
  8. I already have SSD's and more than enough RAM to run Atlas... The problem isn't the computer, it's the routing. Problem still exists in; Client 10.55 Server 10.5
  9. I don't know how it's even possible, but it's gotten WORSE now. Client 10.42 Server 10.43 Not only is the map black, not only can I not connect to any servers, but now I can't even SEE all the servers. On NA/PVE I only see about 16 of the servers listed instead of the regular amount. Come on people... FIX THIS!

  12. So my ISP got my external IP address to change, same issue. Did another 6 VPN traces, they all terminate at the same place, 80.95.152.98 .... Owned by Link11

More VPN Testing to the NA PVE server - F12 - at address 37.10.126.168 Brace yourselves, this will be a long post; Netherlands VPN Trace: Switzerland VPN Trace: USA (Chicago) VPN Trace: USA (Los Angeles) VPN Trace: I don't know about you, but I'm seeing a pretty distinctive pattern here. I also went through the hassle of contacting my ISP, who ran their own tests, and the issue isn't on their end either. They confirmed that there seems to be some kind of a "wall" between the source (me) and the target (game server). They're going to try to issue me a new IP address and restart my modem, since our dynamic addresses are pretty static. Still, I point again to Link11 as the ultimate culprit.

  15. I'm practically to the point where I wanna setup an unofficial Mantis tracker for Atlas on my own dedicated server (center hosted) so I can make Grapeshot look stupid. I think that's half their problem with the game's dysfunction... Their bug-reporting system is way too unorganized for them to actually run any kind of triage on the game's bugs.
  16. Got another message from Link11... They're going to forward the issue to the "customer", as they can't make changes to their system without the customer's approval. So hopefully there's something there, I doubt Grapeshot will ignore a message from their security host.
  17. If you were able to get in at one point, you aren't having THIS issue. This issue is people who were NEVER able to connect. Yea, I'm sorry to see I'm still having issues too... As for your inquiry, you know I've already eliminated my home network. Almost wish it was on my end, at least I could do something about it.
  18. Finally got a reply from Link11... Fuck me sideways... We're never gonna get this problem fixed if it's left in the Dev's hands. I doubt they even read these forums. That said, if Link11 starts getting a bunch of E-mails from people here about this specific issue, they might contact Grapeshot and tell them to get their shit sorted out. support@link11.com (english) or support@link11.de (german)
  19. Yes, I verified that my Battleye is installed and operational, can see it in the task manager when I'm running Atlas. I've attempted several Unofficial servers. I still get a "Connection Timeout", and the map still shows as black. It's just like the official servers. My theory is that the authentication servers are behind the Link11 firewall, and if you can't authenticate then you can't get through to one of the official/unofficial servers. It's pretty sad that there's no word on this from the developers though.
  20. Come on Devs... Help us out here! I can tell you one thing... If you don't start fixing these major issues soon you're going to find your servers becoming ghost-towns the second Skull & Bones releases. Don't count on anyone buying your games after that, no matter how many times you change your company name.

  22. My brother can also go on the server, but he lives 8 hours away... I swear it's like there's an invisible wall and it's blocking certain people for some reason. The only thing I can point to is Link11, which is the company doing DDOS protection for Grapeshot
