after the reboots the characters came back

Hi we were a 4-man crew, on a raft, and we tryed to go out find an other island. we created all our chars on EU-pve-C8. so we made a raft and after like 1hours one of us spawned on the raft, go to D8 (swimming cause it's faster than the raft with the lag). he was the first one to get deleted. then 15min or so later the 3 of the remainig mate passed the wall. we got a message like "D8 WESTERN TROPICS ...." and all kiked out. we tryed to reconnect on D8, and it was a character creation. we tryed to reconned on C8, same issue. so, we lost all of our 4 chars. it's sad...
