I feel some members of the community from OCE might be able work with the devs to host a OCE Official

I am only getting a 180 ping to US but yes i feel there should be a OCE server cluster or if grape shot would like to talk to some community members and make one of the private ones official. Also i feel there should be multiple shards of each freeport to allow load balancing of connections

Able to replicate on more than 1 pc, if you have attempted to join a server then go back and try another cluster it crashes the game with error like image
