Came back to game and on the starting island everyone was saying that you can have the dock guy build you a ship but you cannot use it and they were quitting, so I got enough resources and had the dock guy build a sloop for me and yes I am unable to lower sails, raise anchor, place a storage box, nothing. Will this be fixed soon or is there a work around? Any help would be appreciated...

Oh well, we got excited for a moment there, thought it was on track to something big. But nothing wrong with wanting to be a small niche game. Thank you for taking the time to answer....

I have been watching a lot of videos on the new map and they were saying it is now like eve where you can build in safe areas but it is less lucrative and then you have the lawless areas where you can build and defend. They said it is like EVE online, which would be great because we all know that modal works well. Is this true are there safe build areas and PVP areas all in the same map! My guild and I would love to return to something like that so when you wake up in the morning all your building are not gone, but can still engage in excellent PVP Is the game balanced like that or are they just assuming? Also is there actually a new version of the map online I could look at, can't seem to find one. Any help would be appreciated...

First, No-one in my guild can type in Atlas Discord, so there is no way to get help with bugs and issues, in fact all the help channels are gone. Also I hung myself in the noose and it said I won't get xp for 24 hours which is fine but it has been 6 days and 0 xp, been killing animals, discovering new places and harvesting and nothing not one drop of XP is this a bug???

For one most people play 2 to 4 hours a night and the timer goes way past that, but it does not matter....there will always be a time when a group is not on and you just have to stand their to contest no fighting, nothing, that is so dumb. Just do like EVE it takes 2 or 3 attacks on separate days within and hour or two hour window so then people can be their for the "wait for it" PVP. It does not matter anyway this bird is dead on arrival and you know why.....because if you look at some of the valid complaints on the forums you see no response from Dev's on how it will be fixed and in my 25 years of gaming, a company that does not communicate immediately has never survived, because the longer players are in the dark the more leave and in a PVP game, the more that leave the less PVP which causes more to leave until there are none.

So we claim an island, then when we are sleeping someone drops flag and claims it, so then when they are sleeping we drop flag and claim it, and then when we are sleeping they drop flag and claim it......interesting game but not really fun at all. Shouldn't a PVP game incorporate some actual Player vs Player. I was wondering why only 1000 people are playing it seems very boring. A thought might be to shorten the combat window and make it a two day siege so then there are some good fights going on, not flag dropping. Just a thought.

That is true...If you want to reduce you must block Chinese IP's. I am sorry but I have been gaming for 20 years and it is the same old story with them, their fun is the exploiting that is how they like to play.

All this down time due to someone hacking an account I hope they banned the group involved in using the exploit.

Has there been any response from Atlas on what they are going to do about the server lag and most people not being able to log on? We have 21 not able to login. it has been that way for hours....

You create the groups like, Leaders, Officers, Members and set the permissions but within the day all the groups you created disappear. So people including us put members in other companies when the company creates the permissions groups you wait for it to go down, when it does you can loot everything. Now yes this is fun and a part of piracy but there are a lot of people leaving because of it. Will this be fixed soon?

On PVP they are loot piñatas. That is all everyone is doing is looting people that logged off or the server crashes is the best the ones that log on first get tons of stuff.
