  1. Treasure maps are the best part of the game for me, I love doing them. All the time the bottle will just vanish after trying to pick it up! Sometimes I do a little dance for the bottle and read it a story... and maybe play it the accordion and stand close to it long enough to earn it's trust and it might let me pick it up....
  2. Extra Players is always a Good thing imo. Give Gamers some credit as well because It Shouldn't be an issue that Alpha players know more than newbies. Once it launches Officially, I do expect a wipe and I am ok with that even tho we have a buttload of animals and a buttload of boats. (either that or they will make legacy servers and stop supporting them later down the road...)New players have access to Google just like everyone else... But my main Concern now is that the Dev's are going to be spreading themselves too thin, between Solo Player and Blackwood,The next Mega Update, and now this? Priorities Need to be made about the game. A stable core game Needs to be in place before you branch out and do more. I really feel like the Dev's need to have someone on their team that actually plays on an official server. So you can see for yourselves all the Nuances and Things that really annoy or piss people off. My Biggest complaint? I love my freaking Giraffe (her name is Lovey) But she can't go up a freaking ramp?!?! gets stuck on freaking pebbles! Let's add some actual pirate content! Can we get some more boats or sails? I still think Atlas has great potential, But I feel as tho they need to reel it in a bit, take a step back and refocus on what they want the Core game needs to be. p.s also where's my freaking hat? Are they waiting til there are absolutely not Pre-wipe players left to actually have this ready? also- Rawr, rawr , GRR bark bark rawr. MEow.
  3. Just Put messaging in the game for example joe schmo has a bed and foundation , I should be able to send joe schmo a message or a letter by mail that says hey bruh can you remove your bed at blah blah spot and put it somewhere else? or be able to contact the company leader etc etc.
  4. I have a feeling this is going to be bad all around. So say you live on a claimed land and you are happy there paying your taxes. The land owner stops playing or the flag runs out of gold, anyone John Doe can come in swoop up the island "purge " it and Bam you lost everything. It would be better for people who don't own land to live on lawless. What benefit is there to being a Settler? Why be a settler when you have to constantly worry about the Land being sold or Decaying. Something Seriously needs to be done to benefit Settlers otherwise there is no point in Being one. Not to mention....this fast destroy timer on unattached Building pieces, How are we supposed to protect resource nodes now? Do I just stack 3 pillars high? Settlement owners could get Resource Flags where they can protect certain areas. You get a set amount of resource flags per Island depending how big it is and nooce can build on it. Sigh Seems we are taking a few steps back ya'll.

  8. These are just some of my suggestions/fantasies for the game . I do not post a lot but I have the day off and Waiting around for 2x to kick in (hopefully). Creature specific looking saddles.....- also add armor to the saddles. add the hitching post and make it usable on a boat ! making the animals more of a structure when sailing More decor,(paintable) I feel like this is not a want but a need, I mean with all these great modders out there start a community event where players can choose what decor mod to add to the game, Personally I want eco's or Peachy decor. We need decor to give our bases a lived in and unique feel, making it more immersive. I know this might not seem important but it is to me I am a girl and I want options.(aka let me decorate!) make the Garden more rewarding- add alchemy-potions would be a great addition to the game. Make crafted food stack to 100. all the effort it takes to get each ingredient only to have it stack to 5 is just painful, or let them stack to 5 in player inventory but in preserving bags (or ice box) they can stack to 100. add a food that gives a buff to cold resistance-or underwater temperate to go with the waterbreathing. add a food that gives resource gathering buff. give us a use for spoiled meat other than feeding a tamed crab, let us make medicine, or use it in alchemy. oh and a multivitamin under medicine! Add a resource gathering song to the accordion. Add a Crafting speed song. Add a song that gives temperate buffs. The accordion is one of my favorite things in the game and I love watching my son play it while me and my hubby dance around him. there are a lot of land lubbers out there like myself. Ferryman- slow npc powered boat that goes from island to island in each livable grid. maybe once or twice a day. And announces what island he is at upon arrival (but have an option to turn the announcements off) each island would have a ferryman dock where they can wait to travel to the other islands. I took this part from my other post. *-New tames-* Crew- Gardener- makes sure crop plots have fertilizer, gardener also makes fertilizer when u give them thatch and poop in inventory. Pigeons- adds pigeons and pigeon posts to the game where players can send messages to ,and small items to each other at the pigeon post.) Cats-allow better vision at night and can detect nearby enemy players. *new item* hitching Post!..... O.o Dogs-Man's best friend-on follow gives a loyalty buff- Tiny /baby drakes-Small species of drakes that doesn't get big making them perfect shoulder buddies. Drakes from the cold give cold resistance, drakes from desert give heat resistance etc... (pfft we all want to be the mother of dragons... just saying)
  9. Bear-Roar- gives nearby players and tames a boost to health regen and taunts enemies Chickens- on wander have a chance to produce a golden egg which gives a boost to gold find. Cow-on wander give the garden a growth boost. Bull-On a successful charge attack gives an armor boost. Crow- Int boost- can detect storms- and gives crafting quality bonus Razortooth-dunno Shieldhorn-dunno Elephant-Lets out a sound with trunk that gives a gathering bonus but drains stamina faster. Giant Pig- let it poop non-stop when you force feed it, also can "dig dirt" and get a lost of worms. Giraffe-can see farther and Horse-Usable horse "neigh" gives nearby tames a run boost. Lion-collects meat and hide better- lion roar boosts tames attack damage. vision boost at night. Monkey- longer stamina while climbing, monkeys should also be able to do small tasks like gathering treasure map bottles or bringing some berries. Ostrich-can detect nearby aggressive creatures and show what resources are available around you, without having to harvest them Parrot-gives a boost to treasure hunting, also when on shoulder crew costs less Penguin-similar to otter in ark they should be able to bring you fish, make the insulation boost they give a buff. Rabbit-Run speed boost and reduced stamina drain, lucky rabbit ability gives you a boost at getting higher quality treasure map bottles. Rhino-Charge ability when used gives a buff to gathering metal, stone and flint, while reducing stamina more quickly. Seagull-bigger fog of war radius and bonus to fishing. Sheep-on wander produces happiness buff to tames and makes them eat less food. Wool can be converted into fiber in the loom Tiger-should be able to jump and creatures and eat them muahahaha....... and tiger roar boosts attack speed. tigers should be able to crouch and pounce Vulture-Give a fort buff and should be able to harvest dead things Wolf-Leader of the pack ability. Rattlesnake- can be worn on arm or around shoulders gives a torpor resistance buff and health regen. *-New tames-* Crew- Gardener- makes sure crop plots have fertilizer, gardener also makes fertilizer when u give them thatch and poop in inventory.   10. Maybe they can make it so you can see every Company that character has been in? Some Kind of reputation system? A way to look up players and Companies in game and see who is in them. Character's Can earn Reputation Rewards the longer they are Loyal to their Company. A way to level up the Company for Perks or a Company Leveling/reward system. Or simply put a cooldown timer on when you can join/create a new company.
