And at what point does this happen? Randomly, after server restarts, after server transfer?

Instead of spamming "same here" Can you guys give some more information? When does it happen, how often, with how many players, what permissions? Do you mean only the crew groups, or everything including admins?

Just the cross goes away

The crosses mean the sails have no NPC-crew on them, they should still work if you manually change their direction and drop the sails.
