well the start went off poorly . In all fairness it was to be expected. I went by what i read and what some others had said that this wasnt going to be Ark Evolved this was going to be sooo much better , you will get put on beginner island and everything will be eazy peazy. learn the game ,build a raft get ,off the island and start your lil empire village or whatever you want. Instead what we got was Ark Evolved with a pirates theme and resources that are not quickly available to build say a pick or ax to actually start a raft. what we get for our beginners island was death, dehydration, and same graphics as Ark Evolved and same beginning problems of server freeze and a ton of updates . I wasn't even in game for 1 whole hour when i had to quit and download another update , that's 3 and the game isnt even 24 hours old And when i was going good or so i thought to get some resources. a snake stuns me i run half way around the island and cant shake it , i swim away i do all sorts of stuff and i get killed , i start again i get some resources i get killed again rinse and repeat. Actually beginners island was a lie . i did everything i could not to draw attention to myself and still i got killed no less than 6 times. so if you like Ark Evolved and want the same thing but 1 big giant map then you will love pirates Ark Evolved Atlas. AS for me i submitted a request of refund from steam and wish you all a farewell. enjoy pirates Ark. same old game different name no dinos same graphics.

game should not be this f#$%ed up it is a copy of their other game ark i got to play 6 whole minutes before it crashed. it looks a lot like ark and whats the point of making a character with hair when it gets put in the game with a buzz cut. i didnt realize i was making a uncle fester character. since it has the look and feel of ark then it should play a lkot better than it does... so quit with the bull crap about new game because it appears not to be scratch built...

too late it is a money grab , the update is jammed so its taking forever and all servers are full Matey! So ye be havin ti wait a long time to be able ti use yer $25 investment from the makers of ARK who should know how ti launch it Arggh,..

Heck steam cant even handle the 500mb update it is going to take an hour for unknown reasons for me to update and for what full servers... from the makers of ARK evovlved... more hardship on early access.

and i need to update which steam wont do and my friend says servers fully stocked. and damn right im salty these guys made ark so they should know what they are doing by now!

never easy give them time.... 2 weeks late and now 30 minutes late from their official start, that price for early release should have been 15 dollars at this sorry rate . Is this a marker of how this company will be doing things late and not on time......... dont post an official time and date if you wont keep it. i have never had a game give you a time of day its going to be live and not maker it. date yes but actual launch no.. as we will be paying beta testers for the next 2 years.
