  1. Berry tea isn’t high level. It’s very easy to make, requires something almost always easy to find, and it increases vitamin A without causing food meter to rise at all. I don’t know about you but that’s worth making to me.
  2. *tries really hard not to make a joke about FOREST running.*
  3. So I have now twice acheived multiple vitamin surpluses, today it was everything but vitamin C, and both times, Ive noticed that I begin to actually take damage. I let the damage continue unabatted until my health had dropped from 145 to under 100, then I ate some food, berries, and it seemed to stop and then reverse itself. This seems like it would be a bug as taking damage from vitamin surpluses doesn't seem to make much sense, but I have no way to be sure, so I'm just posting here and asking if anyone else has noticed this as well.
  4. It has nothing to do with what I "got" That was a direct quotation of your own words. They were clear and they were unambigious. All you're doing now is trying to walk back something you said because you got called on it. There was nothing to interpret there. It's sad that one of the things you seem to hate Wildcard for is lying and double speak, yet here you are doing the same thing.
  5. Really? You must have a really short memory, because in your OP of this thread, you said this: Only horrible people play atlas. So yes, you have insulted people for playing the game. You've done it in this thread, and you've done it within the past couple of hours, so stop lying and double talking. You've just been caught red handed doing both.
  6. No I don't blame you for laughing. I blame you for the arrogance you display in thinking you and you alone are the siren song of truth who will open the eyes of the unwashed masses to the evils of wildcard and set the world to rights by doing so. Whether intended or not, this is the underlying mindset your collective posting conveys. You are Don Quixote tilting at windmills, only unlike Cervantes noble knight, you're insulting everyone who plays this game for no good reason.
  7. Given that you've insulted everyone who plays this game already in this thread, if he wanted to talk crap to you, could you blame him?
  8. So you're here to call out the developers on a game you don't play based on your special insight because you have access to information no one else has? Or you just don't trust other people to form their own opinions and make their own decisions for themselves regarding a game they play that you don't?
  9. As long as one of the songs you can acquire for it ingame is Piano Man by Billy Joel, sure, why not? No need to say anything about the impracticality of having a large wooden instrument that could be extremely dangerous when tossed around during rough seas on board. There's realism and then there's gameworld. My immersion won't suffer primarily because I don't let myself get butthurt over immersion. Just throw in Ode to Joy, O Fortuna Imperitix Mundi, and Jerry Lee Lewis's Great Balls of Fire and we're good.
  10. "Hope is the feeling you have that the feeling you have isn't permanent." -Jean Kerr
  11. I love how you think you're going to stop them from doing whatever they want with their game. How, exactly? By posting endlessly on the forums until, what happens exactly? The only thing you can possibly do that matters is vote with your pocketbook, and you've already done that.
  12. And these things were in from day one. Ark was never a dino game that got changed, and saying so is ignoring facts.
  13. I stress words because this is a written communcation forum. Words matter here. It seems odd that you would post and not get that, but awesome that you just wanna insult people. Very mature.
  14. You used a pejorative label and then didn't want to take the blame when someone gave you grief for using it. You can't use a derogatory term and then get away with saying hey hey hey, I'm only calling them Aholes because that's what the people who don't like them call them. Sorry that just doesn't fly. And you have the temerity to accuse someone of misunderstanding you? Really?
  15. Love that you found a way to insult everyone who plays the game, since you happen not to, without knowing very much about 99.9% of them. The premise that someone is horrible because they played Ark (which you happen to play), or that only horrible Ark players moved to Atlas ( no non anecdotal evidence whatsoever to support this notion, and since you don't play Atlas, you word on anecdotal evidence is secondhand at best) is pretty eye rolling. Some of what you've said here makes sense to experienced gamers, but only horrible people play Atlas? I'd take offense to such an assertion since it includes me if it weren't so laughably unsupportable. Any chance you want to rephrase that statement in some fashion so it isn't so obviously ludicrous in it's generalization and pointlessly insulting?
  16. No. I know how to do this with building parts, don't know why I didn't think to do it with the irrigation bits. Thanks.
  17. So I put down some crop plots to start experimenting with farming, and I put several stone reservoirs on the nearby roof of our base. I let it rain enough to fill them up, then crafted some water pipe systems. We're on an ilsand with no river or freshwater source around. I thought I could use the water pipe system to pull water from the reservoirs to the garden, but despite numerous fiddling, I can't find a way to place the water pipes on around or near either the reservoirs or the crops. What up with that?
  18. This was a problem in Ark for a long time. All I can is that upgraded shipyards which I hear only provide increased durability to the shipyard itself, would be of dubious value anyway imo.
  19. Quality suggestion. It’s not about the resources per se, it’s about not having to stop the fight to go get more. You got my vote.
  20. All I've got are beans seeds, which led to beans, which, disapointingly does not lead to ingame farting. #Beanrealism
  21. I'll try it when on later, thanks for the info. Dunno if it works for me or not yet.
  22. I don't know if this is a thing, it's pure speculation, but if what if what the OP has heard about is sort of an exploit where if you craft a crop plot, put it down, then pick it back up, it sets that plots soil type, and you could then carry the plot elsewhere and take that soil with you? I'll probably test this later today.
  23. I think this is whole point of retracting them, to make them inaccessible when you’re not in the boat ie to other parties. I don’t know for a fact, just speculation.
  24. I didn’t even know these were a thing. What do they say? Do they provide any info on how they might be better than regular ones? Curious minds want to know.
  25. This. Consider the time and energy invested to do so the cost of a lesson learned. If you’re smart you’ll consider the lesson well worth the cost.
