So here's the story, my brother has been playing atlas with me for a while and one day a patch goes through to update our versions. Over a year ago now and 2 xboxs later his Play Atlas won't complete its download or updates. He is not very tech literate so I'm here trying to figure out what the issue is. I have uninstalled all, tried reinstalling. Put in bug reports through his xbox account, have tried multiple troubleshooting options through his console. I am attempting to download it now on his 3rd xbox, a series S. I'm praying that it will work as we love this game and make a great team.
Has anyone else come across this type of issue, or had a friend/family member that dealt with it? What can we do if our 3rd attempt does not work? We can't really repurchase a digital game. Help
