Jeremy Stieglitz is still the owner from what I heard. He was the head of wildcard and wanted to start grapeshot as a separate company even though it still leeched money off of wildcard. the rabbit hole goes deep with this.

This isn’t alpha and even if we wanted to consider it alpha that would just make this game even more pathetic because 3 years is way too long for alpha. But in all reality every dev that has touched this game is not only pathetic but very shitty at their job. even early access for three years is pathetic but calling it alpha is just sad. 3 years and nothing has been accomplished lol

Amen. Early access is for a very important group of developers that are already close to being done with a game but need fine tuning. now, early access is we want to charge you and get your money first, that way if we fuck up we can walk away with your money later on. That is the exact definition of early access now vs then.

Oh don’t confuse mean with calling it what it is. The first devs like jat and dollie were completely horrible. They either lied when they talked or they didn’t say anything. they created the torpedo that the second dev company sent off to the ship called atlas and got a direct hit and sunk the shit. these new guys? Who knows. I will give them a very watchful benefit of the doubt. I will watch closely before I give harsh criticisms, but, once I see any form of the old then I will never forgive or forget. It will be even worse than before

Very good idea man. It really is. for them to do that would take A LOT of time away from what they really need to do as we discussed which is fix bugs. after the game is finely tuned? Hell yeah, let’s get this going. I see this as at least a year out though with what they need to do first.

Yes, I fully agree they should get things running first before they try it. For some reason even if this new dev company is trying to make things right they are still failing because the main thing that needs to be fixed is all of the bugs. I assure you I was the first one to make the factions idea from almost day one. Everyone thought I was crazy because they thought atlas would be good. I know these old devs and I knew it would not be good from the start. we will see if they are just as inept as the others.

Very good description and I do agree with pretty much everything. Haven’t played some of the games on your good list so I reserve my decision on those. Wow was awesome. They would do well to add factions in atlas. some people don’t like the idea but my opinion is they are dumb. If would give the little guys a chance to survive and could easily make gold actually worth something like a currency instead of a gold sink like paying for shipyards smh.

You can try to submit a ticket but the last I heard they don’t support the ticket system. If the new devs do then good, but if they don’t you are out of luck.

They should have done factions. Even if people don’t like factions, having multiple factions would be better than what they did. factions would have also allowed pvp and pve to be together because mainlands would be pve areas.

Dude, you should have known that anytime there is a wipe you need to leave rookie cove within an hour, not a day and not several days but 1 hour if you want a chance at grabbing land. even if you wait a day on pvp and you try going to lawless, all of the other players will already be built up and easily wipe you repeatedly. on pve it is just as bad. You take more than a day and there are structures spammed everywhere and you still won’t be able to build. if you didn’t know that then I feel bad for you. If you already had that knowledge, then I don’t feel bad for you. You WILL sacrifice your life to this game or you WILL leave the game. Only two options.

Yeah they definitely need to unban everyone because the last dev team was a bunch of dictators that banned anyone that disagreed with them.
