I went from Xbox to pc , it’s so much better. Why waste your time complaining about the bugs and hiccups on Xbox ?
They are working on it , it’s not easy to transform an entire game from one platform to another. Just go get your laptop or dust off that desk pc and hook it up to steam, Nvidia, or whatever… it will make your gaming experience so much more , and evaporate the frustrations of console deficiencies. Someday the game will work fluidly between game consoles and pc but until then, either have some patience and understanding, or get yourself a little pc .
