Mixtery

So before starting Atlas server, i changed the map, added some islands, removed some. Now i have missing beaches, floating rocks, and floating trees. Cannot harvest stuff.. so anyone got any clue on how to fix this?

Does anyone got a good manual for creating an atlas server on CentOS? Or even a script to do so?
