thanks whitehawk. I have Atlas on PC and Xbox. I created custom sails which I can see on PC but cant see these on xbox. both characters are in the same company but when Im on my xbox character any custom sails I have are only showing white sails. even when I log into both characters at the same time and stand them beside each other and the same custom sail. PC shows the picture but Xbox still shows the white sail. I thought this was because I had an old xbox one. however, I now have an xbox series S and still cant see anyone's custom sails. good news is though that as I have an xbox series s and updated my pc with more memory. I dont have much lag issues any more :)

Any one know why I cant see other users custom sails through xbox. had the old xbox one and now the series s but cant see any of the customer sails we have in our group? is there a setting that needs to be enabled on the xbox or in game?

Hey, as RYUUJINZERO said you need to make sure you select the group and the correct attack option (if you see the HAND symbol at the bottom then they wont do anything) I turn mine to fire at will. you do this by left bumper and push down or the right thumb stick. however, make sure you turn it off when you approach land (left bumper and down on the d pad) or they will just shoot at everything and waste your cannon balls. you can also go into the settings of each cannon and change the range. I've done this to hit the ships further away. once you get used to selected the correct group you can then try the other options mentioned by RYUUJINZERO. it shows you on the right of the screen the button combination you need. its not as easy as it should be so may take a little practice
