I have played atlas online for the last 8 or 9 months and by an oversight I have pressed the button that says "create a new pioneer" when trying to revive.
By confirming the dialog box my char has been erased and with it all the progress I had in the game since I started playing it.
I have opened a ticket in the support area but I have not got any response at the moment and I do not see any form that matches my problem.
Is there any way to get in contact with support people? I want to request that you see the possibility of recovering even the quests, experience and age of my character.
