Birdman

So the atlas wiki says I can breed Rhinos, elephants and giraffes in High desert biome but when I try, all 3 say undesirable biome. I've had success with elephants and giraffes in the equator zones. Why won't they breed in the high desert? Anyone have any ideas? Anyone breed rhinos have any tips which biome you do it in
