Pirate camps spawning underground

Hello, Doesn't any one else have a bug where pirate camps spawn underground. This is on Singleplayer Ocean map. In sector M8 might be others. Couple bugs i have found.

Yea I have this bug, where opening the map closes my game on blackwood and reloads at a previous save point. Also seems to me no fish near the edge of big sea I'm not sure further in. I have seen fish in the swamp parts though.
