  1. Hi, There is no way for me to log a Technical issue via support in order to get assistance I am having to put it in the forums instead of logging a ticket. (I can only log server issues or report in game abuse for PC) For the 2 weeks I have been unable to access Atlas EU servers, I can however access the NA server, PVE is not available to me either. I am based in South Africa. Occasionally I can get on to the game but it will after some time kick me out again, and the option to connect to the EU server is not available again. My ISP has investigated on there end, as a Ping and Traceroute was indicating that there was a package loss between the last hop and the EU servers held in Germany (46.251.238.65) as this is not in my ISP's controll they have requested that Atlas investigate on there end. If I use my Cellphone data to connect to Atlas servers, I am able to access fine, as my mobile provider uses a completly diffent route to connect to the EU servers with. The issue seems to be at the 10th and 11th Hop with a 3000ms delay to IP: 80.95.152.218 (10th Hop) and about 2000 ms delay to 46.251.238.65 (11th Hop - EU Server If I use my Cellphone' internet the conection goes via 95.156.239.10 on the 11th Hop, then connects fine to 46.251.238.65 PLEASE can I have a technical contact, assist me in resolving this issue, I can provide MR, traceroutes and pings on request. )
