What are the chances that crabs become breedable? That would be pretty nice. I'd be happy to volunteer to help answer tickets. I'm sure there are a few reliable players who could help out a bit right? Anything would be better than just ignoring it all.

I clearly don't understand how portals work. I sailed up to F2 to try to go to Antarctica. I sailed into a tornado thinking that was how portals worked but all it did was stall my ship for about 5 minutes and then push me out. I would appreciate it if someone could explain the way these portals work for me. Thanks in advance.

5,000 gold for a schooner. It takes quite a bit of effort to earn 5k gold with nothing but a sloop. Maybe if markets were working properly it wouldn't be so bad for the 20% of the companies who actually managed to get a warehouse down, but the market is broken right now. Sure it works sometimes, but mostly not. Maybe due to the lag that the markets are likely causing. who knows? A simple solution to the problem is to remove the gold cost entirely. What's the point of it anyway? Where does that gold even go? I'm the one building the ship. I had to learn the skills and collect the materials and build it myself. So where is the gold going? If you don't want to completely remove the gold cost (idk why you implemented it in the first place), at least lower it by some insane amount. 500g for a regular schooner and 5k for a mythic schooner. 5k gold for an ordinary junk schooner I'm building myself makes no sense whatsoever. Can anyone help me understand why this was ever put into the game? I don't understand.

yeah, it's really bad for me in D4 atm. I want to play but it's just not worth the effort when there is a 2 second delay after every key press

1: Build a warehouse and ensure it is connected to at least 1 farmhouse. 2: Build a market within 10m of your warehouse. If it is 11 or more away it will not work. 3: Set up your desired trades (through the market). I.E. Honey for gems with a 1:1 ratio. The more you set up the more trading options you have. 4: Click find new trade route and then select one, click the gear icon, and request new trade route. 5: Wait for the trade route to be accepted. That's all there is to it. Once you have trade routes set up the game will automatically send out invisible ships and trade your resources for the other companies resources (your warehouse must have the resources inside it to trade them). Random events will trigger during this phase which can affect the end results (a parrot laid an egg so I have a fertilized egg in my warehouse). Remember, if the other person doesn't have things set up right it will not work. I found it easier to find another company I could talk to and set up a trade route with them. I haven't earned much gold yet, but at least I know it's working. Good luck out there pirates.

It looks like we aren't going to get any help with this issue. The work around of selecting the exact grid you logged out in is fine (inconvenient but it works) until your game crashes in golden ruins. I would like to add that I can login to my account from other computers properly. Mine is the only one that won't let me log into the game. I don't know what sort of information I need to provide to get this issue looked at, but if there's anything that would help get this fixed, I'd be interested.

Monday I bred my bears. It took me around 1 hour from start to finish to have all 31 bears pregnant. Today I planned to breed my bears again and I checked all of the timers. Most of the bears are ready to be bred again, but a few have pretty long timers. The timers range from 47 minutes to 5 hours. The longest timer shouldn't be more than 1 hour unless not all of the timers are the same. Is this intentional? It seems like a bug.

I would have to imagine it's something about the way my character is being saved. I can make new characters in random servers fine, but once I log out, I can't rejoin those servers.

I'm having the same issue. I've had 2 tickets in since Thursday. One was closed and I was told to go to bug reports. The other has not been answered.

Network failure message Unable to query server info for invite. When I first started playing, I would just log right in with no problems. But since Thursday I have been unable to log in properly. I just spent an hour trying to log into the game with no success. So far, support tickets are going unanswered. Does anyone happen to know a fix for this?
