I have a proposal for blueprints and the use of items higher than Common. You should be able to create an item and improve it so far, but that each character can simply use the item immediately or after reaching the appropriate level. This option should be great for role playing. this applies, for example, to the blacksmith, armourer, tool maker, and more.
