Bump, at this point i'm assuming it was removed from the game. I don't want to spend a week looking for something that doesn't exist.

I'm on EU PVP shark frenzy, but have not seen mineral oil anywhere, and its not through lack of looking. I just spent all day running around the islands that google says has it, but there was nothing. Can someone confirm a location so I can actually know it exists?? Why is it the only oil that works for flame liquid its so annoying.
