In the D4 Birlisle Key region (the largest island in the region), I cannot mine resources. Neither tools nor hands. But if I kill an animal, I can collect resources from it. If I stand on a stone, I fall into it. When try to get something, hit marks appear, but the collection does not occur. Tell me what could be the problem?
