People seem to have some success with other builds of Windows, a few have had success with reinstall windows or updating. i've tried both (reinstalled by old OS tho) and still get bsod.

many people have this problem now with bluescreen after you updated the anticheats last night. We can start Atlas without BE, but if we start it with BE we get bluescreen right away. I have tried reinstalling my OS, verifying game files, uninstalling and nothing have worked so far.
