Google "atlas crashes and freezes" and there is a post on multiplayer issues of the same thing. I think they fixed it though.

My game crashes or freezes from time to time. Sometimes I have to ctrl alt delete to exit, sometime it just closes and sometimes it pops up an error message: LowLevelFatalError... D3D device being lost... 0x887A0006 - HUNG... VERSION: 221.21... more. I have tried isolating the movies in a new folder I have tried running as admin Checking the task manager during the issues shows that my CPU is running normal (3% to 6%), Memory is a little high (30% to 50%) and my disk is normal (no higher then 20%). THIS IS A SINGLE PLAYER GAME, the timing is always different and the result is sometimes different. I have had the game for less then a week as of today. I have had issues with ARK in the past but haven't played in a while. New PC! Processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700k CPU @ 3.60GHz Display Adapters are Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Installed memory (RAM) 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable) 64-bit / Windows 10 Disk Drives are PC401 NVMe SK Hynix 256GB and ST2000DM001 - 1ER164 ANTIVIRUS is Webroot Complete I don't know if any of this is a factor or not. Any advice?????
