We’re happy to be able to share another update. We have the issue fixed with Microsoft and are good to go on our end! We are submitting for immediate release. The game therefore should be available in, hopefully, under an hour (it takes some time to process), and the servers will be put online as soon as we confirm the game is available. We don’t have full control over exactly when that happens but we’ll keep you all in the loop on the progress. Thank you for your support. Almost there!

Answers to the recent FAQ from the Community: EU PvP, EU PvE, and NA PvE will be launching simultaneously when the game is available on Xbox. When we have a precise timeline, we'll update this post with a link to other timezones so you can see when the launch happens for you. ATLAS will be available on Xbox Game Preview for $29.99 USD (£24.99/€29.99) The size of the game on Xbox will be 80gb Players will be able to host Unofficial Xbox and Crossplay servers via Nitrado. This means that players can host unofficial crossplay servers via Nitrado. The Xbox One X version currently does not support HDR but we will be adding it into the game with a patch later this week, with a bundle of GPU and CPU improvements for all platforms which are currently in testing. The game does include the standalone map, Blackwood. ATLAS has been enhanced for Xbox One X.

In order for the game to list, there needs to be a change to some backend configuration settings that can only be done with Microsoft's help. As these changes are necessary for the launch of the game, we’ll have to delay it until they’ve applied those settings in the morning (Pacific Time). We don’t expect the process to take a long time and are currently estimating the delay to be 4 hours, pushing the launch time to 4pm ET. Yeah. Even the devs have said not to do that because even they know there will always be a delay. Definitely never do that.

I just found it funny that it started out as a config change and now we're at "we've fixed the problem", which means something happened in between, and if the problem really is fixed, it's back where it should have been first thing this AM with 4 hours of work to do. At what point do you know it's not happening as planned? 15 mins. before the eta? I guess for my point of view, I was really ticked about the wipe, not just because of losing my stuff, but it's looking like all my friends have quit. But I decided to try once more and all I wanted was my island back, so I rearranged a bunch of stuff I had to do to try to accomplish that. When there's a delay, and someone knows it'll be a delay and doesn't give the information, it..is..not..helping. I can juggle stuff pretty well, given even a little bit of notice about it, but I can't sit in front of the PC for 24 hours waiting. If they open up the servers when I can't be here and I lose my island, I won't be back.

Normally i play in j13. When we need sugar we go j14 and farm Rasin.. Now there is no sugar from 12 to j15. I mean you need paste for fur clothes. Mmmmm its so cooooold haha

Have you hidden the skins in your inventory? Button on the left toggles them from hidden to visable. Also, only available on official.

If a bed or even a character led down is just short of a foundation length, the people of Atlas must be almost 9ft tall.

Never played Sea of Thieves so I will have to take your word for it, but I have played quite a few MMO's, and Atlas is pretty paltry in the content dept in comparison to games I have played.

While the game has an enormous list of shortcomings, respeccing right now is one of the easiest things to do, you get one free respec every time you level up (not addictive), every major balance change and 250 gold for one respec is not much of a hassle with treasure maps, shipwreck diving, sotmd farming, etc. I find diving for shipwrecks in my sloop the easiest way to solo farm gold.

After months of silence you guys are bombarding us with patches And i love it still missing my better wallhook BPs but so far i am really happy about those changes so keep up the good work And Maybe add More Infos why you change some stuff like the int on Armor removal,as that explains that we can still craft cool stuff but just Need the best blueprints instead of who has the best int gear

What he said. The fact that you get stuck on a ladder is new to me. I haven’t been stuck once and I have a good 200 times the amount of hours you played. Bit stupid that that bug stops you from playing and not all the other shit we’ve had so far.

Units used in ATLAS are based on the Unreal engine's units, which are approximately 1 cm. To give you a point of reference: max structures in a 10k unit radius: 15750 <---- old value max structures in a 10k unit radius: 7875 <---- new value As you can see, the radius has not changed, just the amount of structures allowed within that radius. A foundation is 300 units across. So 33.3 foundations in one line equate to 10k units (They are not exactly 300um... They are a little larger than 300 but only by 5um. But their snap overlap is 2.5um on each side). As for the recent insults in this thread, I suggest you both take another look at the Forum's Articles of Agreement and tone it down.

I'm curious why you would say this. I said anchored ships. They should neither take nor deal dmg. The boat is the exact same as it is now once you raise anchor. This solves a lot of problems, but chiefly the #1 and #2 reason people quit/dislike Atlas. 1. I got wiped...again. Lost every thing... again. I quit. 2. Sailing takes too long, I cant go very far becuase I have to return to a safe (yeah right) base to park for the day. I quit. If this is the ever be an MMORPG, and they say they want it to be, at some point there needs to be something that is garunteed to still be there when I log back in. Safe anchor allows your boat to be your base, while limiting, severely so, how much stuff you can save. At the same time the whole map is now open to you as you dont HAVE to return to an island fortress to preserve your boat and voyage. The only other thing this might require is adjusting the ship per company limit. Easily done.

That is as useless as "you can only have" X amount of company members and y amount of allies... Does not work and only helps the big guys while hurting the small guys... Anything you can bypass from outside the game will be bypassed from outside the game... That is why they came up with the only working claim solution = whole island... The problem is, that every small Bob and his mother thinks they are entitled to their own claim... If you cannot hold an island claim on your own, don't even try, and use the ones others have... Try to interact with other players - it is the MMO way...!

I'm so Tired of getting FUCKED Over by this damn game makers. This is the third time I have to restart after building my lvl/Tames/Ect.. up. Stop fucking the players over. You should have found a way to stop screwing over the people that have been loyal to your game. You could have at least given us our levels back.

Enjoy the power stone and map leveling grind for a 3rd time! And your wipe gives PC over a week head start on the servers for what reason? "Permanent"... Just imagine that statement being true. The game never changing enough to need another wipe... GL
