Honestly Just because i dont want to use to much of other Peoples work.

Thats why i would preffer a wild one too. 

But if there is a Higher Offer than 931 Health then i might accept 1-2 Mutations too. Gold should not be the Problem, not sure what to do with it anyway.

There is another reason too. When you glue a new animal, if you use a mutated stat, you can easily strike the mutations counter limit with no effective mutations and this way to cut yourself off from further mutations. Since the devs have have a developed mutations system in ARK that works as described above, I am ready to bet that they haven't developed a new one.

There is no mutation limit.

Actually there is  You have 20 "easy" mutations per parent tree. These 20 mutations are with a descent chance to occur. You can have unlimited amount of mutations transferred via breeding, but they are not going to be effective mutations. You will have your animal dirty and this is all.

We have a bear with 1280 hps.. But I cannot be certain it hasn't had points added to it.  It is a bred bear however.

I want to start breeding more, but am in middle of build new ships and don't have the skills setup for breeding.

It's a pity base stats aren't recorded via the ancestry trees.
