Searching Company Names

I don’t see any option to quickly search the company name and what happens with duplicated company names is it possible?

You can just click companies and the there should be a search-bar somewhere too if i´m not mistaken..
I´d say the same with double-names happens.. Error, telling you that the name was already taken.
