M2 Northern island freeport unable to acquire your crew purchased. Somebody from P-team purchased four npc crew and left them there. Now, for seven days any crew you purchase will float above their crew. Sucky move P-team. Hope the ban stick smacks you hard.

Maybe they forgot them.  I've seen people walk away missing a few.  Hard to say....but yeah thats something that should not happen.  Submit a bug report.  GS devs should spread the spawns out more to avoid this being exploited in the future.

Maybe try going to your boat in harbor and they might actually get on board? Buy a sloop or something and do 2-3 at a time.

comma whistle should teleport them to the spot you aim at on the ground or in boat

tried these options. they were floating like when you get stuck in a terrain gap trap. wouldn't move. need to enlarge the spawn area.
