Map on new server not showing up

What am I missing that's preventing my damn map from showing up?  URLS are empty in the servergrid file. Seamless port and IP are correct on the one grid thats launching. And all of the images are in /shootergame/servergrid/ folder.

This one grid is using the same ports and IP as our last map, and everything works fine if I fire up the same grid on the old map.
