No Longer gaining Experience at level 46

Has anyone experiences this ?  I have the curse which says I lost some experience.. which I did. but now I can no longer get any experience

probably just feels like youre not getting exp because of the debuf. wait 24 hours from beheading and call me in the morning.

Well Experience  hasn't Moved at all.. 2 Green and 1 blue  Treasure Maps with bonus XP and song buff..   So its either the curse gives u 24 hours with no XP at all  or its broken

 

Also  note  is was from a Hanging.

Thats odd.  I had the dubuff last night because my brother wanted to test the guillotine out and I still gained a level.  Went from 32 to 33.
