"Character unable to join session tile down" indicator

I have noticed, when the tiles are down, there is no way to know this, beyond your character just wont appear, forcing you to either wait, or make a new one. 
Is there any way, within the engine, to include a warning, that the tile your character is on is down?

its just a Quality of life thing for me, though a lot of people due to no indicator, have no idea their character even still exists...
