After sucessfully purchasing the game, cant download it

I had the money taken from my card but I get an error trying to download the game, saying that it still is being processed and its been 15/20 minutes.

Is it normal or should I just send a ticket to steam?

its cause so many people are downloading it at once or maybe your internet connection is not as good not sure but its going to be like this with so many people buying the game at once . Wait till you get into the game lol . Mine is downloading just fine at 89 m/s so far i got 4 gig downloaded .

Contact steam i have 20 mins left it has nothing to do with Atlas
