Unknown private server problem

I've me t a problem for my private server. After I updated it yesterday night, almost everything went as usual, however after a few while, the game server crashed: no one could find my server name and ID, after I reopened it, it worked well for 99 percent players, but a guy told me that he lost connection as soon as the restart was done, which has never happened before. If this is a bug or the problem of my data base? Or maybe deleting his character and let him rejoin the server will be an option? If that so, then how?

I don't think the devs/support follow the forums all that much.  I suggest opening a support ticket.  Also if you want to do this i the forums there is a bug section.  This is general discussion which tends to be the most active section.  Issues like this can easily be overlooked.
