Collected 1 power stone and now rest are locked

So was testing to make sure the main quest line was working, killed a boss and went to collect the power stone - was supposed to be PS4 green stone of power. I clicked the PS pillar and got a stone and an achievement.... it was the PS1 achievement and stone instead!

A little miffed I went to try another one... killed another boss, and went to click the PS pillar but could not interact with it in any way.

So, clearly something is not working as expected, but I went back over the code posted in this guide (https://krookedskull.com/index.php?title=AtlasDSSGuide#Quest_Locations) and verified all was correct / localized for our cluster... I cant find anything amiss!

Has anyone else encountered something similar?
