Explanations for New Server Settings

Can we please get a very brief explanation in the Patch Notes with every new server setting?  It doesn't have to be super long.

It wouldn't take long for those who code the new settings to do.  

I know we have sort of a long standing tradition from Ark to get a new server setting that the server owners then play mad scientist with to see how they really work.  Then the explanation gets spread through multiple channels, but in the meantime there is a lot of misinformation and testing.  Just a simple sentence would clear a lot of that up.

Let's move into a glorious new Era of Atlas where we start with more information from the beginning!  This small thing really would help a lot.
