Please help with Official NA PvE O14 - server frozen. Players trapped.

O14 needs a reset, please. The fountain of youth is here, which is bringing players into a server that is stuck at a ping far beyond 255ms. The server has been stuck for hours, and the only thing working is chat, albeit very slowly.
