Island Bugged!

Recommended Posts

One of our island on our server is bugged, we can't harvest any ressources or do any treasure map. When we try to harvest ressources by hand, like collecting fiber, fruits or vege, nothing happen and trying with the pick axe or axe to collect wood, stone or any other ressources nothing happen either. The Island is a freeport Island (Cay_J_EE_E). Last server we did the island work's ok and server last for a month, then we reset from scratch with a new map and the island was ok at first for about a week, then now we can't collect any ressources on it. No major change were made on the island itself, so don't see any reason why it those that. Try many restart to see if the island will settle but no luck. Tried to move the island a little bit then save the map and try it but still the same. Anyone know a way to fix this. Or had a similar issue?

Hello, I may have some bad news for you.

Just had this issue one one of our cells and the only solution was to wipe the save.

If you can, have everyone sail off of the zone and wipe it.

The short version is, somehow, you may have edited either a spawn or the island itself, and the game database sees it as out of position now.

Make sure you are using the Locks to keep everything locked if you edit.

You can hit the nodes, but you get nada, and every other island is fine right?

Unless someone else has a fix that is better, that is the only way I know to fix it (delete All .atlas saves and the back database).

There is some issue between the ServerGrid.json and you database that doesn't match anymore.

We had the same issue with a PVE island, the solution was to remove it from the grid, start and stop the server and then put it back in the grid.

One more thing, do I have to remove the island from all server .json file or only the server that run the island that is bugged?
