I am able to join but am kicked back to main menu after 2-5 minutes. Upon trying to relog I get the aforementioned pop-up and have to close Atlas altogether to relog

Anyone have a fix for this? I validated game files and tried logging in with the Low Memory method. No good so far

 

(This is in concurrence with my Brigantine being teleported to a different region and my tames scattered along the shore)

It's because the game still registers your character as logged in. You yourself might be booted, but your character in game might still be steering the ship, or standing crafting. The game hasn't caught up with the fact you're gone.

You don't have to close atlas, just give it a couple minutes to register yourself logged out (have a company mate stare at you until you go to sleep to tell you it's safe) and log back in.
