So are you thinking that the designation would limit what can be done in the area covered by the claim? Or would it maybe in some why change what happens in the claim area? Like you could set it for no aggressive spawns. Just guessing, but stuff like this maybe: Town - allows other players to build there, allows trading. Nature preserve - no building, no taming, but you could kill animals (otherwise this would be too dangerous an area to travel in). Hunting preserve - no building except maybe fence foundations and gates and taming and killing of animals allowed. Home - building by the owning company only.
